目的观察原发性高血压病患者抗氧化酶系统的变化以及海捷亚的干预效果。方法选择原发性高血压病人60例,随机分为海捷亚组30例和对照组(非洛地平)30例,治疗4周,分别检测治疗前后患者血压和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力变化,并用30例健康体检者的血清做参考。结果治疗后,两组平均动脉压血压均明显下降,但海捷亚组下降更明显(P<0.05);而两组SOD的含量都增加,但海捷亚组SOD的升高却较对照组明显(t=2.68,P<0.01)。结论海捷亚除对原发性高血压病患者具有良好的降压效果外,还能够增加患者的SOD活力,清除过多的氧自由基,防止血管内皮细胞的脂质过氧化。
Objective To observe the changes of antioxidant enzyme system in patients with essential hypertension and the effect of Hypertherm intervention. Methods Sixty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into three groups: 30 cases in the Haijie subgroup and 30 cases in the control group (felodipine). After 4 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD ) Vitality changes, and with 30 cases of healthy people for reference serum. Results After treatment, the mean arterial pressure and blood pressure decreased obviously in both groups, but the Decline in the Haijie subgroup was more obvious (P <0.05), while the content of SOD in both groups increased, but the SOD in the Haite subgroup was higher than that in the control group Significantly (t = 2.68, P <0.01). Conclusions In addition to having a good antihypertensive effect in patients with essential hypertension, Hyjiae can also increase the patient’s SOD activity, remove excess oxygen free radicals and prevent lipid peroxidation of vascular endothelial cells.
