近年来,用高效液体色谱分离稀土元素已在国内引起了重视,有关这方面的工作不断见到报导。我们曾用引进的仪器和固定相,成功地在75分钟内分离了16个稀土元素。为了考察国产固定相的性能,进一步提高分离指标,我们用国产 YSG—SO_3Na 强酸性阳离子交换树脂为固定相,柱温70℃,流速1.0ml/min,以α—羟基异丁酸为洗脱剂,采用浓度梯度,对16个稀土元素进行快速分离试验。结果,可在50分钟内将16个稀土元素分开,除 Dy—Y 分离度低于1达0.82外,其余稀土对的分离度均大于1,分离速度及分离效果均达到较好指标。
In recent years, the use of high performance liquid chromatography separation of rare earth elements in the country has drawn great attention, the work in this area continue to see reports. We have successfully separated 16 rare earth elements in 75 minutes using the imported instrumentation and stationary phase.
