随着电厂机组容量的增加,蒸汽参数的提高,特别是超临界和超超临界机组的使用,传统的低合金耐热钢如10CrMo910、12Cr1MoV等已不适用蒸汽管道的要求。为了降低主蒸汽管道的壁厚,减轻厂房结构的荷重等,必须采用高合金耐热钢。我国引进的300MW及以上的机组主蒸汽管道普遍采用了P91钢。此种钢较传统的耐热钢有着较好的综合性能。经过多年来的实际应用,P91钢的商业化应用目前已经相当成熟。
With the increase of plant capacity and steam parameters, especially the use of supercritical and ultra-supercritical units, the traditional low-alloy heat-resistant steels such as 10CrMo910 and 12Cr1MoV are not suitable for steam pipelines. In order to reduce the wall thickness of the main steam pipe, reduce the load of the plant structure, etc., must be used high-alloy heat-resistant steel. China imported 300MW and above the main steam pipe unit commonly used P91 steel. This kind of steel has a better overall performance than the traditional heat-resisting steel. After many years of practical application, the commercial application of P91 steel is already quite mature.
