目的探讨海上石油钻井平台作业工人职业紧张的现况。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取某海上石油钻井平台作业工人134名作为研究组,抽取该油田陆上石油工人167名作为对照组。应用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)测定职业紧张水平。结果任务不足及自然环境得分研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理紧张反应得分研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);个体总应对资源及休养得分研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海上石油钻井平台作业工人的职业紧张任务主要体现在自然环境和任务不足;该人群心理紧张反应突出;应增强其自我休养。
Objective To explore the current situation of occupational stress in workers in offshore oil rigs. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to extract 134 workers from a offshore oil drilling platform as the research group and 167 oil-field workers on the oil field were selected as the control group. Occupational stress levels were determined using the Occupational Stress Test (OSI-R). Results The scores of task-deficient and natural-environment scores were higher in the study group than in the control group (P <0.05). The score of psychological stress response was higher in the study group than in the control group (P <0.01) The resources and rest scores of the study group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The task of occupational stress of workers on offshore oil drilling platforms is mainly reflected in the lack of natural environment and tasks; the psychological stress response of the population is prominent; and the self-reliance should be enhanced.
