本文介绍工程机械液压系统节能的评价方法和可能的节能途径,并以液压挖掘机为例,分析液压系统产生能量损失的原因和相应的节能措施。说明改革液压系统设计方案和操作使用条件可达到的经济效果。
This paper introduces the evaluation method of hydraulic system energy-saving of construction machinery and possible energy-saving ways. Taking hydraulic excavator as an example, this paper analyzes the causes of energy loss and corresponding energy-saving measures of hydraulic system. Describe the economic benefits that can be achieved by reforming the hydraulic system design and operating conditions.
