目的考察创业大学生与非创业大学生自我概念的异同。方法采用田纳西自我概念量表对100名创业大学生和100名非创业大学生进行测量。结果①创业大学生的总体自我概念处于中等水平;②在自我概念的几个维度上,创业大学生皆高于非创业大学生,并且伦理自我,心理自我,家庭自我(t=-2.056,0.078,-1.945;P均<0.05)。自我批评(t=-2.890,P<0.01)差异显著;③理工类与艺体类创业大学生与非创业大学生的自我概念各维度差异不显著,而文史类创业大学生与非创业大学生的自我概念中有显著差异,即生理自我、自我批评(t=2.821,3.325;P均<0.01)、自我满意与自我行动(t=2.779,2.544;P<0.05),而且总均分(t=2.629,P<0.05)差异显著;④男女创业与非创业大学生的自我概念各维度差异不显著,仅男性自我批评项目存在创业非创业的显著性差异(t=0.110,P<0.05)。结论创业大学生和非创业大学生的自我概念及其子维度存在一定程度的差异,且创业大学生自我概念水平偏高;自我概念也受到学科及性别等因素的调节作用。
Aim To investigate the similarities and differences of self-concept between entrepreneurial college students and non-entrepreneurial college students. Methods The Tennessee Self-Concept Scale was used to measure 100 enterprising college students and 100 non-entrepreneurial college students. Results ① The overall self-concept of entrepreneurial college students was at a medium level. ② In several dimensions of self-concept, entrepreneurship was higher than that of non-entrepreneurial college students, and ethical self, psychological self, family self (t = -2.056,0.078, -1.945 ; P <0.05). Self-criticism (t = -2.890, P <0.01). (3) There was no significant difference in self-concept between science and art students and non-entrepreneurs, while self-concept in literary and historical entrepreneurship and non-entrepreneurial students There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01), self-satisfaction and self-action (t = 2.779, 2.544; <0.05). (4) There was no significant difference in self-concept between male and female college students and non-college students. Only male self-criticism project showed a significant difference (p <0.05). Conclusion There is a certain degree of difference between self-concept and sub-dimension of entrepreneurial college students and non-entrepreneurship college students, and their self-concept is high. Self-concept is also influenced by discipline and gender.
