目的:建立同时测定白芷配方颗粒中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的超高效液相方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.9μm)柱,流动相甲醇-水(55∶45),流速0.2 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长300 nm。结果:欧前胡素在7.8~70.2 ng呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.82%,RSD 1.25%;异欧前胡素在5.04~45.36 ng呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.14%,RSD 1.16%。结论:以建立的方法简便准确、快速、重复性好,可作为有效的方法对白芷配方颗粒中所含欧前胡素和异欧前胡素进行含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelica dahuricae Granule. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45), the flow rate was 0.2 mL · min-1 on a Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.9 μm) ℃, detection wavelength 300 nm. RESULTS: Imperatorin showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) at 7.8 ~ 70.2 ng with an average recovery of 98.82% and a RSD of 1.25%. Isoimperatorin had a good linear relationship at 5.04 ~ 45.36 ng ( r = 0.999 7). The average recovery was 100.14% and RSD 1.16%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible. It can be used as an effective method to determine the content of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelica dahurica Granule.
