以往,我们在加工花键轴上的花键时,通常采用两把三面刃铣刀同时铣出花键内的左右两侧。然后用单刀铣去槽底的凸起部分,最后倒角成形。在加工过程中,需多次装夹工件,更换刀具,劳动强度很大,而且工效低,刀具磨损快,零件表面粗糙度也差,无法适用于大批量生产。为此,我们设计了一种花键轴的组合成形铣削装置。采用两把硬质合金成形铣刀,经一次走刀就能同时铣出两条花键槽。如图1中的工件5,只需四刀就可成形。大大减少了装夹工时,提高工效3倍以上、键侧面表面粗糙度达R_a1.6左右,
