一、概述 四平市铝制品厂为了大量发展铝锅盖生产,以满足城镇、农村市场的需要,将用耐火砖粒和黄泥为主要材料做成的寿命较低的泥型改成使用寿命较长的耐火泥铸型后,生产出的八印和十印铝合金锅盖,在边沿处经常出现凹坑缺陷,由于这种缺陷造成的废品率高达90%以上,为了尽快地帮助工厂解决这一问题,我们对挤压铸造铝合金锅盖边沿出现凹坑缺陷进行了研究。发现,这种“凹坑”缺陷与铸型烘干工艺、浇注温度、铸型工作温度等工艺参数均无明显关系,而是与锅盖本身的结构形状有直接关系。本文介绍的就是这方面的工作。
I.
