目的：探讨ＣＴ和Ｘ线检查对喉癌的分型及分期。方法：３６例喉癌患者术前行喉镜、常规Ｘ线检查及ＣＴ扫描，将其临床及Ｘ线发现与手术及病理所见进行比较。结果：与手术病理所见进行比较，发现加用ＣＴ检查后使对喉癌术前分型及分期准确率明显提高。结论：对于术前喉癌分型及分期，ＣＴ检查较常规Ｘ线检查为佳，它能准确地显示肿瘤侵犯的范围并为手术提供有价值的信息。
Objective: To investigate the classification and staging of laryngeal cancer by CT and X-ray. Methods: Thirty-six patients with laryngeal cancer underwent preoperative laryngoscopy, routine X-ray examination and CT scan. The clinical and radiographic findings were compared with those of surgery and pathology. Results: Compared with the surgical pathology, it was found that the accuracy of preoperative classification and staging of laryngeal carcinoma was significantly increased after CT examination. Conclusion: For preoperative laryngeal cancer classification and staging, CT examination is better than conventional X-ray examination, which can accurately show the scope of tumor invasion and provide valuable information for surgery.
