论文论述了用粉末冶金工艺制备铝-玻璃复合材料中压制、成形、烧结工序的工艺原理以及工艺参数优化实验结果。论文还分析了不同工艺条件下,不同样品的组织性能差异,并对该体系中铝基体与其它金属、非金属之间的相组织关系进行了研究,对玻璃的物理化学特性及其高温行为进行了分析,并对各物相之间的发生的反应进行了详尽的热力学计算,从理论计算和实验两方面验证了硅的形成。最后,通过扫描电镜及能谱、X射线衍射分析验证了该体系相组织控制的实际效果,通过图象分析技术确定了复合材料中玻璃的体积百分含量。上述粉末冶金研究结果为进一步的粉末冶金铝-玻璃复合材料研制工作提供了理论依据和实践基础。
Paper discusses the powder metallurgy process for preparing aluminum - glass composites pressing, forming, sintering process principle and process parameters optimization experimental results. The paper also analyzed the different microstructure and properties of different samples under different technological conditions, and studied the relationship between the aluminum matrix and other metals and nonmetals in the system. The physicochemical properties of glass and its high temperature behavior were studied The detailed thermodynamic calculations of the reactions between phases were carried out. The formation of silicon was verified from the theoretical calculation and experimental aspects. Finally, the actual effect of the phase structure control of the system was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray diffraction analysis. The volume percentage of the glass in the composite was determined by image analysis. The results of the above powder metallurgy provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the further development of powder metallurgy aluminum-glass composite materials.
