针对目前地下车库存在的问题,在通城玉立小区的设计中考虑地下阳光车库的设计,采用角锥形的正方形平面(尺寸3 m×3 m)聚碳酸酯(PC)板采光窗,设置在车行道上方。建成使用后,对其进行了天然采光照度的样本测试和统计,并对居民的满意度进行了问卷调查。运用统计学方法对地下车库的整体照度进行了统计分析,发现随着离天窗距离的加大,照度下降的速度先快后慢,呈指数分布。行车道照度与距离也呈指数关系,单侧采光时,满足最小照度要求30 lx,距离限制在14.3 m比较合理,基本2个柱网;双侧采光,采光口的距离限制在30 m左右,基本4个柱网左右。结合研究结果系统地分析了地下车库的设计要点及使用的舒适状况。
