学校自复办女中以来掀起课堂教学模式改革之风,提出了“崇实课堂四步教学法”这一创新课题。而全国很有名的常州溧阳后六中学、山东杜郎口中学等课改学校的学校管理经验、课程改革的过程和方法,着实让我们看到了改革所带来的收获。这也让学校更坚定地走在了课改的道路上。当然,在改革的初期阶段,我们的做法还是引起了众人的讨论,比如让学生提前自学,自己提出问题自己解决,自己上黑板自己讲题,教师只在一旁辅助和“观战”。这样做能真正让学生成为学习的主人,让学习成为一种兴趣和冲动,从而提高学习效率。
Since the establishment of the school, the school has set off the style of classroom teaching reform and put forward the innovative topic of “Four Steps Teaching Method of Realizing Classroom”. The well-known Changzhou Liyang Liuhou Middle School, Shandong Du Langkou Middle School and other school curriculum reform school management experience, curriculum reform process and method, really let us see the reform brought about by the harvest. This also makes the school more firmly in the curriculum reform. Of course, in the initial stage of the reform, our practice has aroused people’s discussion. For example, students asked themselves to learn in advance, asked themselves to solve problems, asked themselves questions on the blackboard, and teachers only assisted and watched the game. Doing so can truly make students the masters of learning, making learning an interest and an impulse to improve learning efficiency.
