采用微波消解法对润滑油样品进行前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)对S,P,Si 3种微量非金属元素进行检测,确定仪器的最优分析参数,如波长、发射功率、雾化器流量、观测高度等,并建立微波消解、ICP-OES测定润滑油微量非金属元素的方法。该方法加标回收率为93%~101.2%,精密度小于3%,是一种快捷、准确检测润滑油中的微量非金属元素的方法。
