为了解食品从业人员粪便痢疾杆菌带菌情况,我们于1985~1989年对该人群37216例进行了调查,现将结果报告如下。 1 对象与方法对象为潍城区全部食品从业人员。采集被检者新鲜粪便标本,按常规方法增菌培养分群定型。 2 结果与分析 5年共调查37216例,粪便检出痢疾志贺氏菌71株,总检菌率为0.19%,1985年实检5906例,检菌23株,检菌率为0.39%,1986年实检11076例,检菌16株,检菌率为0.14%,1987年实检6546例,检菌10株,检菌率为0.15%,1988年实检7440例,检菌13株,检菌率为0.17%,1989年实检6248例,检菌9株,检菌率为0.14%,纵观5年的检菌率比较呈逐年下降趋势。其中食品加工业实检17487例,检菌30株,
