目的探讨六味地黄多糖免疫药理活性的物质基础。方法运用现代药理学与植物化学紧密配合的方法,从六味地黄汤中逐步分离获得了六味地黄多糖CA43B和P3。应用[3H]TdR参入法和溶血空斑实验观察了其体外对小鼠脾细胞免疫功能的作用。结果CA43B、P3体外单独使用对正常及快速老化模型SAMP8和SAMR1小鼠脾细胞增殖反应有明显的促进作用,但不能增强有丝分裂原ConA诱导的脾细胞增殖反应,大剂量时有一定的抑制作用。CA43B对绵羊红细胞(SRBC)体外诱导的正常小鼠脾抗体形成细胞生成反应亦有明显的促进作用,使抗体形成细胞(PFC)的数目明显增加。结论CA43B和P3可能为具有免疫调节作用的活性多糖。
Objective To investigate the material basis of the immunological pharmacological activity of polysaccharides from Rehmannia glutinosa. Methods Using the method of modern pharmacology and phytochemistry, the polysaccharides CA43B and P3 of Liu Wei Di Huang were gradually separated from Liu Wei Di Huang Tang. The [3H] TdR incorporation assay and hemolysis plaque assay were used to observe the effect of its in vitro on spleen cell immune function in mice. Results The use of CA43B and P3 alone could significantly promote the proliferation of SAMP8 and SAMR1 spleen cells in normal and rapid aging models, but could not enhance the mitogen-induced proliferation of splenocytes in ConA. The inhibitory effect. CA4-3B also significantly promoted the spleen antibody-forming cell formation induced by sheep red blood cells (SRBC) in normal mice, which increased the number of antibody-forming cells (PFCs). Conclusion CA43B and P3 may be active polysaccharides with immunomodulating effects.
