目的研究钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后神经细胞凋亡的影响,探讨脑保护作用及机制.方法54只雄性 Wistar 大鼠随机分为3组:①假手术(Sham)组②缺血再灌注(IR)组③钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液预处理(SIR)组.采用 Longa 线栓法阻塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉(MCA),建立急性局部脑缺血再灌注模型(MCAO),应用末端脱氧核糖核酸转移酶标记(TUNEL)染色方法观察脑组织神经细胞凋亡情况.结果① SIR 组脑损伤程度明显低于 IR 组(p<0.05).② SIR 组各时相点神经细胞凋亡指数(AI)明显低于 IR 组(p<0.05).结论钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液通过有效的抑制脑缺血再灌注后大鼠神经细胞的凋亡,起到脑保护作用.“,”Objective:To investigate the effects of Sodium Potassium Magnesium Calcium and Glucose Injection preconditioning on apoptosis of neural cel.Methods:A total of 54 male Wistar rats,were randomly divided into three groups:① sham operation group(Sham) ② ischemia-reperfusion group(IR) ③ Sodium Potassium Magnesium Calcium and Glucose Injection preconditioning group (SIR).Tunel staining was used to observe apoptosis on brain tissue.Induce focal cerebral reperfusion according to Longa’s method.Results :① The pathological lesion were lighter in SIR group than in IR group significantly(p<0.05). ② AI were significantly lower in SIR group than in IR group at rach point(p<0.05).Conclusions:Sodium Potassium Magnesium Calcium and Glucose Injection has a protectetive effect on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury by inhibiting neuronal apoptosis.
