在料栓孔隙气体流动的拉普拉斯方程的基础上,利用量纲分析的方法,提出栓状脉冲气力输送的料栓压力降△P=K·rs·ls·(u_s)/(u_a)。在输送铸钢旧砂时,料栓压力降△P=(2.38~3.28)×10~(-3)·r_s·l_s·(u_s)/(u_a)。
On the basis of the Laplace equation of the gas flow through the plug, the pressure drop of the plug of the plugged impulse pneumatic conveying was proposed by using the method of dimension analysis. △ P = K · rs · ls · (u_s) / (u_a) . In the transportation of cast sand, the pressure drop of material plug △ P = (2.38 ~ 3.28) × 10 ~ (-3) · r_s · l_s · (u_s) / (u_a).
