中房镇江公司在市内演军巷旧城改造工程中,对其中两幢框架结构七层商业住宅楼(建筑面积7564m~2),应用深层搅拌加固软土地基技术取得成功。 该工程场地范围内的地质属长江冲积平原,河漫滩相沉积,土层主要由填土层和沉积土层组成。全区土质虽均匀,但厚度变化较大,场地工程地质条件属中等复杂程度(表1)。 原基础设计方案拟采用深埋筏板基础,将#~3土层作为持力层,基底位于地表以下6m处,地基承载力要求达到140kPa。这时需要挖土6m多,不仅土方开挖量大、远距离弃
Zhongfang Zhenjiang Company has successfully implemented the deep agitation and consolidation of soft soil foundation technology for the seven-storey commercial residential buildings (building area of 7564 m2) of two frame structures in the old city reconstruction project of Junji Lane in the city. The geology within the project site belongs to the alluvial plain of the Yangtze River. The floodplain is deposited on the river. The soil layer is mainly composed of fill and sedimentary soil layers. Although the soil quality of the whole area is uniform, the thickness changes greatly, and the site engineering geological conditions are of moderate complexity (Table 1). The original foundation design plan is to use a deep raft foundation, with the #3 soil layer as the bearing layer, the basement at 6m below the surface, and the bearing capacity of the foundation is required to reach 140kPa. At this time, more than 6m of earth should be excavated. Not only the earthwork is excavated in large quantities but also abandoned at a distance.
