教师信息技能校本培训途径的三维支点探索

信息化是当今社会发展的重要特征,推广和应用现代信息技术已成为深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育的“制高点”。而校本培训,应当建立在有效的支点上。本文依据一些学校的经验,提出教师信息技能校本培训模式三维支点的思路,以与大家交流。 笔者认为:在校本教师信息技术培训中,应发挥学校行政的功能(如制度、政策、行政力等等),并且汲取新课改对学生教学的理念,创设三维支点,优化培训环境。笔者认为:一、健全制度,确立评价标准作为教师的评价维度,让教师愿意学;二、进行易学实用的培训课程革命,作为教师的学习体系维度,让教师乐学实用;三、实施竞导结合的激励机制,作为教师的动力维度,让教师争着学;由此使校本教师信息 Informationization is an important feature of today’s society. Based on the experience of some schools, this paper puts forward the idea of ​​three-dimensional fulcrum of school-based training model of teachers’ information skills to communicate with everyone. The author believes that in the school-based teacher information technology training, the functions of the school administration (such as system, policy, administrative power, etc.) should be brought into play and the idea of ​​the new curriculum reform for students’ teaching should be drawn up to create a three-dimensional fulcrum to optimize the training environment.
