信息化是当今社会发展的重要特征，推广和应用现代信息技术已成为深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育的“制高点”。而校本培训，应当建立在有效的支点上。本文依据一些学校的经验，提出教师信息技能校本培训模式三维支点的思路，以与大家交流。 笔者认为：在校本教师信息技术培训中，应发挥学校行政的功能(如制度、政策、行政力等等)，并且汲取新课改对学生教学的理念，创设三维支点，优化培训环境。笔者认为：一、健全制度，确立评价标准作为教师的评价维度，让教师愿意学；二、进行易学实用的培训课程革命，作为教师的学习体系维度，让教师乐学实用；三、实施竞导结合的激励机制，作为教师的动力维度，让教师争着学；由此使校本教师信息 Informationization is an important feature of today’s society.
