随着信息化的推进,信息技术在人们日常生活中的广泛应用,使得人们有了更多了解和掌握信息的渠道,电话营销应运而生。它的出现使得人们通过电话就能掌握需要的信息,商家也能更加方便,使得客户了解产品,从而达到销售的目的。如今,一线城市的电话营销已经非常成熟,二线城市作为发展的主要力量,在电话营销方面有非常巨大的潜力。本文通过对二线城市的电话营销的特点和策略的探索,旨在充分发挥二线城市的经济潜力,从而促进二线城市的发展。
With the promotion of informatization, the extensive application of information technology in people’s daily life makes people have more channels of understanding and mastering information, and telemarketing has emerged. It appears that people can get the information they need by phone, businesses can be more convenient, so that customers understand the product, so as to achieve the purpose of sales. Telemarketing in tier-1 cities is now very mature. Tier-2 cities, as the major force for development, have great potential for telemarketing. Through the exploration of the features and tactics of telemarketing in second-tier cities, this paper aims to give full play to the economic potential of second-tier cities and promote the development of second-tier cities.
