Our counseling area did not know when the formation of such a convention: Every school year, the teacher team must carry out a large-scale personnel transfer. The scope of each transfer is very wide and there are many people. Some schools had only four or five people in total. Once they changed three, they were even replaced by “all the troops.” Such frequent large-scale personnel transfer, I think at least the following deficiencies: First, virtually reduced the status and prestige of primary school teachers. In the eyes of some villagers, a teacher was transferred to a certain school only after one year of teaching. It must have been a mistake or teaching incompetence. In addition, we often hear from some villagers that your primary school teacher is not as good as a middle school teacher and that he can’t even establish a foothold in the East.
