一、引言 Ti-0.8Ni-0.3Mo合金是宝鸡稀有金属加工研究所,上海钢铁研究所等单位分别研究开发,该合金的耐蚀性(尤其对还原性和氯化物介质)优于纯钛,已被各工业部门所采用。本工作采用X衍射相分析,X射线能谱、扫描电镜等,并结合电化学技术对Ti-0.8Ni-0.3Mo在硫酸中的耐蚀机理进行探讨。
I. INTRODUCTION Ti-0.8Ni-0.3Mo alloy is researched and developed respectively by Baoji Institute of Rare Metal Processing, Shanghai Institute of Iron and Steel, etc. Its corrosion resistance (especially for reductive and chloride media) is superior to pure titanium, Has been adopted by various industrial sectors. In this work, X-ray diffraction analysis, X-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and other electrochemical methods were used to investigate the corrosion resistance of Ti-0.8Ni-0.3Mo in sulfuric acid.
