认真研究吨煤工资的发放与使用办法,使其发挥更好的作用,是企业内部经营管理的重要内容。去年初我局改变了过去吨煤包干工资发放和使用方法,进一步加强了管理,完善了制度。具体做法是:一、制定了吨煤包干工资的发放和使用实施细则,颁发了《吨煤包干工资和奖金管理暂行办法》明确规定了吨煤工资的适用范围、工资内容、计奖方法、审批程序、计件超额幅度和奖金发放标准。
