初中阶段是学生形成良好道德品质和行为习惯的最佳时期。为此,山东省莱州市云峰中学始终坚持以养成教育为重点进行了一系列实践探索,取得了一定的成效。学校养成教育实践主要包括以下几方面:第一,优化学校环境,营造良好的养成教育氛围;第二,规范教育,体现多样性,如重视起始教育、强化自我教育、坚持学科渗透、进行专题教育等;第三,注重学生的亲身体验,开展各种活动,提高养成教育的实效性。
