1996年大庆油田采油二厂在对 4L型石油气体压缩机的设备结构、特性、能量损失分析的基础上 ,对该型设备的关键零部件进行了有效的技术改造 ,合理地确定热力性能参数 ,提高了天然气集输站气体压缩机的运行效率 ,从而提高了天然气的外输能力和外供气量 ,使压缩机的排量每台提高了 50~ 60m3/h ,输出压力达到了生产流程要求 ,设备平均单耗由原来的 0 631kW·h/m3降到 0 57kW·h/m3,压缩机效率提高 38 6%。每年可节电费 2 7 84万元 ,外供气量增加效益132 2 8万元。
