番茄细菌性软腐病病原的分离与鉴定

Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum(syn.Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotovora)是引起作物腐烂的常见病原细菌,主要侵染亚热带及温带地区的作物。如,大白菜、马铃薯、茄子、辣椒等。近年来,山东省以及浙江省部分地区,番茄陆续出现茎秆严重腐烂现象。发病初期,番茄茎秆、枝条上出现椭圆或条状灰褐色腐斑,然后逐渐扩散、腐烂。湿度大的情况下,植株表皮湿腐,伴随异味产生,茎秆很快腐烂直至整株死亡,给菜农造成 Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. Carotovorum (syn. Erwinia carotovora subsp. Carotovora) is a common pathogen that causes crop rot. It mainly infects crops in subtropical and temperate regions. Such as cabbage, potatoes, eggplant, peppers and so on. In recent years, Shandong Province and some parts of Zhejiang Province, one after another of serious stem rot phenomenon. Early onset, tomato stalks, branches appear oval or strip brown brown spot, and then gradually spread, decay. Under the condition of high humidity, the epidermis of the plant is wet-rotted, accompanied by off-flavors, and the stalk decays quickly till the whole plant dies, causing the vegetable farmers
