休闲食品产业是近几年中具有良好发展前景的新兴产业。通过问卷调查的方式,对宁夏清真休闲食品消费情况展开调查、讨论与分析。结果表明,宁夏清真休闲食品产业在产品种类、口味创新、包装、品牌等方面需要进一步提升,在此基础上提出了探索性的对策建议。实地调查分析结果对促进西部民族地区,尤其宁夏清真休闲食品产业的发展有一定的借鉴意义。 Snack food industry in recent years has good prospects for the development of new industries. The results show that the Muslim snack food industry in Ningxia needs to be further promoted in the areas of product variety, taste innovation, packaging and brand, etc. On this basis, exploratory countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
