慢性房性心动过速(简称房速)是一种少见的心律失常,国内报告较少,作者遇见1例,报道如下。男,14岁。1985年11月初渐感乏力,活动时心悸、气急。无浮肿及晕厥发作。当地医院检查心率160～180次/分,ECG示房速。口服地戈辛(0.25～0.5mg/日,3周)治疗无效,于1986年3月22日转来本院。既往健康,病前无感冒史。入院体检:血压110/60mmHg,轻度发绀,颈静脉显露。两肺呼吸音清。心界向两侧扩大,心率186次/分,律齐、S_1低钝,心
Chronic atrial tachycardia (referred to as atrial tachycardia) is a rare arrhythmia, less domestic reports, the authors met in 1 case, reported as follows. Male, 14 years old. Beginning in early November 1985, a sense of fatigue, activity palpitations, shortness of breath. No edema and fainting episodes. Local hospital examination heart rate 160 ~ 180 beats / min, ECG showed atrial tachycardia.
