时代的迅速发展,各企业越来越看重自身的综合竞争力,同行企业之间的竞争已经由传统的效率竞争转变为综合实力的竞争,甚至可以说是企业人才的竞争。因此企业要看重人才,着重培养人才,要投入一定的物力财力加强对人才的培训,使他们提高专业技能,熟悉相关岗位的技术职能,在提升自身整体素质的同时,齐心协力为企业创造一个良好的形象,提升企业的核心竞争力,增加企业经济效益。本文针对如何有效地对员工进行培训展开讨论,分析了在培训中遇到一些问题时该采取的解决措施。
