自1970—1979年,我们对兰州铝厂电解车间工龄在12年以上的175名电解工进行了临床和X线胸片动态观察。现将所见报告如下。 车间生产情况 铝生产采用高温电解法,主要原料为氧化铝粉。将氧化铝粉放入电解槽内,加入少量氟化铝及冰晶石,进行电解,温度960℃,电流强度为6—7万安培。生产中职业危害主要为粉尘,厂房内氧化铝粉尘浓度平均为160毫克/立方米,分散度2—5微米占73.4%,5—10微米占17.8%,10微米以上占8.8%,粉尘内含游离二氧化硅平
