在日本,从一种病因不明的病害——拟脂斑病自然感染的柑桔叶片上,分离到数种酵母和细菌。经注射接种和喷洒接种试验,发现了两组菌落形态互不相同的酵母具有致病性。含有三个分离株(3.4.6号)的一组,具有高度致病力,因其形成不对称的掷孢子,没有菌丝形态,多侧生芽胞,菌落为橙红色,鉴定为一种掷孢酵母(Sporobolomyces sp.),另一组(10号和Ta—7415)
In Japan, several yeasts and bacteria are isolated from citrus leaves naturally infected with the plague blotch, an ill-defined disease.
