Objective To investigate the breast cosmetic effect of plastic volume transposition technique on breast conserving patients. Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer who were treated in Lin’an People’s Hospital from June 2012 to September 2014 were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to different suture methods after resection. Bit technology, while the control group of 30 cases of conventional direct suture. The postoperative 2 groups of patients with cosmetic breast beauty score, and the satisfaction and long-term efficacy of the investigation. Results The excellent and good rates of breast cosmetic score in observation group and control group were 73.33% (22/30) and 43.33% (13/30), respectively. The observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The satisfaction rates of the two groups were 93.33% (28/30) and 63.33% (19/30) respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The patients in both groups were followed up for 3-60 Months, with an average of (32.3 ± 9.2) months. The rates of local metastasis, recurrence and mortality in the observation group were 6.67% (2/30), 3.33% (1/30) and 6.67% (2/30) in the observation group and 3.33% (1/30) and 6.67% 2/30) and 6.67% (2/30) respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The plastic volumetric translocation technique can significantly improve the breast appearance of breast conserving patients after breast-conserving surgery. The patient satisfaction is high, and the long-term postoperative adverse reactions are not increased, which is safe and reliable. It is worth further promotion in clinical practice.
