鳜鱼是我国最为优良的淡水名品鱼类。它不仅有很高的营养价值,而且还有很高的经济价值和出口创汇能力,被国际水产品市场誉称为“淡水石斑鱼”。虽说现有技术条件下鳜鱼可单养,但从中国国情和水域生态学的要求出发,最具推广价值的仍是鳜鱼混养技术,这样可用最小的投入、最少的风险性,换来鳜鱼成品养殖的批量规模和相对高的利润率。
