运用传统方法完成了对上升导臂铸钢件的铸造工艺方案设计,包括分型面、浇注位置的选择、各项铸造工艺参数的确定以及浇注系统、冒口的设计。建立了铸件的三维模型,并用View-Cast软件模拟了上升导臂铸钢件的凝固过程。模拟结果显示,在铸件加强筋的热节处会产生缩孔缺陷。通过添加保温冒口、在热节处放置冷铁的方法,极大地消除了铸造缺陷。
Using the traditional method, the design of casting process for rising bogie castings was completed, including the parting surface, the choice of pouring position, the determination of various casting parameters and the design of pouring system and riser. A three-dimensional model of the castings was established and the solidification process of the riser arm castings was simulated with View-Cast software. The simulation results show that shrinkage defects are generated at the hot joints of the cast stiffeners. By adding insulation riser, cold iron placed in the hot section method, which greatly eliminates the casting defects.
