随着用户对移动通信数据业务需求的不断发展,使数据网和语音业务之间的矛盾愈发激化。如何在语音质量和数据网性能之间达到较好的平衡,保障终端用户能够同时享有语音业务和数据业务的高质量服务,已经成为各移动通信运营商面临的比较紧迫的问题之一。本文首先在对上行GPRS功率控制参数进行介绍和分析的基础上,提出了四组参数修改方案,即通过修改手机上行功率控制参数,在不增加手机发射功率的情况下加快功率控制的速度,进而达到既不影响到语音网络业务的运行质量,又能有效提升数据网络性能的效果。然后在移动通信运维企业的协助下,通过实时测试提取相关指标并进行分析。最终验证了其中一组参数修改方案能够兼顾语音质量和数据网性能,使二者获得更好的平衡。
As users’ demand for mobile communication data services continues to evolve, the conflict between data networks and voice services is intensified. How to achieve a good balance between voice quality and data network performance and guarantee the high quality service that the end user can enjoy both voice service and data service has become one of the more pressing issues facing mobile communication operators. Based on the introduction and analysis of uplink GPRS power control parameters, this paper proposes four groups of parameter modification schemes, that is, by modifying the uplink power control parameters of the mobile phone, the speed of power control can be accelerated without increasing the transmit power of the mobile phone, To achieve neither affect the operation of the voice network business quality, but also effectively enhance the performance of data networks. Then, with the help of mobile communication operation and maintenance enterprises, the related indexes are extracted and analyzed through real-time testing. Finally, it verifies that one of the set of parameter modification schemes can balance voice quality and data network performance so as to achieve a better balance between the two.
