本文介绍包钢球团矿氯化焙烧脱碱的实验研究结果。实验结果表明:包钢四系列精矿粉球团中加入0.5%左右氯化钙及5%左右白云石可降低球团矿含碱量50%左右(其中钾含量降低70%左右);结合实验结果对影响脱碱率的某些因素进行了热力学分析;提出球团矿(及烧结矿)脱碱是消除包钢高炉碱害的根本途经。
This article describes the experimental results of the Baotou Steel Pellets chlorination roasting and dealkalization. The experimental results show that adding about 0.5% CaCl2 and about 5% dolomite to Baotou Steel’s four series of concentrate pellets can reduce the alkali content of the pellets by about 50% (in which the content of potassium is reduced by about 70%); in combination with experiments Results Thermodynamics analysis was made on some factors that affect the rate of dealkalization. It was suggested that the basic process of eliminating alkali damage of blast furnace blast furnaces from pellets (and sinter) was proposed.
