为解决葡萄柚苗木快繁问题,对挖取砧木进行工厂化嫁接(移砧接)和在地苗砧木上直接嫁接(坐地接)2个方法进行成活率和苗木生长量比较研究。在嫁接120d后这2种成活率存在显著差异,2种嫁接技术处理间苗木生长量存在显著差异。试验证明,在未取得可靠地试验成果之前,在当前大规模的柚子种苗生产必须使用生长健壮的坐地砧木进行嫁接才能达到理想的成活率和生长量。
In order to solve the problem of rapid propagation of grapefruit seedlings, two methods of industrial grafting (moving anvil connection) and direct grafting (ground connection) on the rootstocks were carried out to compare the survival rate and seedling growth of grapefruit seedlings. There was a significant difference between the two survival rates after 120 days of grafting. There was significant difference in seedling growth between the two grafting techniques. Experiments have shown that before the reliable test results are obtained, the current large-scale production of grapefruit seedlings must be grafted with robustly grown rootstocks to achieve the desired survival and growth.
