广东古为百越之地,民族成分复杂多样。随着历史上汉族人的不断南迁,民族间不断融合。目前,全国56个民族中广东就有53个。人群的复杂,也因此造就了广东菜系的壮观、奇峰与富瞻。明清时期,粤菜更是逐步吸取了京、川、鲁、苏等菜系的烹饪原料和技术,一跃成为中国四大名菜系之一。
The ancient city of Baiyue, Guangdong, complex and diverse ethnic composition. As the Han people in history have moved southward, there has been a continuous integration of ethnic groups. At present, there are 53 of the 56 ethnic groups in Guangdong. The complexity of the crowd, but also created a Spectacular Cantonese cuisine, Qifeng and rich look. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Cantonese cuisine gradually learned the cooking ingredients and techniques of the cuisine such as Beijing, Sichuan, Shandong and Jiangsu, and became one of the four major cuisines in China.
