企业文化是企业的无形资产和精神脊梁,是企业发展的根基所在。对于医院而言,同样需要注重企业文化构建,以实现医院“一切为了病人”的服务宗旨及又好又快发展的基本战略。基于此,必须推进医院文化建设,在科学发展观的视域下,医院文化创建的根本之道在于如何将“以人为本”理念灌注其中,以创建一种尊重人、关爱人、培育人、发展人的医院和谐文化。本文正是从这一角度入手,探究基于科学发展观视域下医院“以人为本”文化构建的新路径,为医院核心文化的构筑提供一点参考。
Corporate culture is the intangible assets and spiritual backbone of enterprises, is the foundation of business development. For the hospital, the same need to focus on corporate culture to build, in order to achieve the hospital “all for the patient,” a principle of service and sound and rapid development of basic strategy. Based on this, we must promote the building of hospital culture. Under the scientific development concept, the fundamental way of hospital culture is how to infuse the concept of “people-oriented” to create a culture of respecting, caring, nurturing, Developing People’s Hospital Harmonious Culture. This article is from this perspective, to explore a new path based on the hospital culture of “people-oriented” from the perspective of scientific development, and provide a reference for the construction of hospital core culture.
