针对减温器管座内壁裂纹缺陷的特征及产生原因,采用小K值与大K值斜探头相结合的超声波探伤方法,成功检出内壁龟状裂纹,说明该方法的可行性,为电站锅炉大壁厚大内外径比的管子内壁缺陷超声波检测提供借鉴。
Aiming at the characteristics and causes of crack defects in the inner wall of the desuperheater, an ultrasonic flaw detection method combining the small K value with a large K value oblique probe was used to detect the inner wall tortoise crack, indicating the feasibility of the method. Large wall thickness of the large diameter of the inner wall of the pipe wall defect ultrasonic testing to provide reference.
