目的 :分析高原移居者服用银杏叶片前后睡眠结构和睡眠中血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )的变化 ,初步评价银杏叶提取物对高原移居者睡眠呼吸障碍的调节作用。方法 :随机选择 15例移居海拔 370 0m30d、Epworth嗜睡量表评分≥ 9分的 30岁以上自愿参加本试验的汉族男性军人 ,在服用银杏叶片 (16 0mg ,2次 /d) 15d前后应用CFM - 8型便携式多导睡眠监测仪进行睡眠监测 ,观察受试者睡眠结构的改变 ,并用深圳安科公司生产的ASC - 5 45型掌式血氧仪同步监测SaO2 变化。结果 :服药 15d后受试者入睡后醒觉次数明显减少 (34.13± 3.6 4,30 .2 0± 3.84 ,P <0 .0 1) ,慢波睡眠比率增加 (17.4 7± 3.80 ,2 0 .4 0± 3.2 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,总睡眠时间延长 (4 48.93± 32 .4 9,4 86 .2 0±33.5 1,P <0 .0 1) ,有效睡眠指数显著增高 (84 .5 3± 3.89,88.87± 3.4 6 ,P <0 .0 1) ;睡眠监测过程中最低SaO2 (6 6 5 3± 2 10 ,6 8 4 7± 2 0 7,P <0 0 5 )和平均SaO2 (82 89± 5 96 ,85 30± 6 37,P <0 0 0 1)均增高 ,氧减饱和度指数 (17 93± 3 10 ,15 4 0± 2 38,P <0 0 5 )及SaO2 ≤ 85 %的时间占总监测时间的百分比 (5 4 0 7± 5 0 2 ,4 7 93± 4 79,P <0 0 1)明显降低。结论 :银杏叶制剂可有效改善高原移居者的睡眠呼
Objectives: To analyze the changes in sleep structure and sleep oxygen saturation (SaO2) before and after taking Ginkgo biloba leaves in plateau migrants, and to evaluate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on the sleep-disordered breathing of plateau settlers. Methods: Twenty-five male volunteers over 30 years of age who volunteered to participate in this trial were randomly selected from 15 cases with an elevation of 370 0m30d and an Epworth sleepiness scale score of ≥9. CFM was applied before and after taking ginkgo leaves (16 0 mg, 2 times/d) for 15 days. The 8-type portable polysomnography monitor was used for sleep monitoring to observe changes in the sleep structure of the subjects. The SaO2 changes were monitored synchronously using an ASC-45 45 palm-type oximeter produced by Shenzhen Anke. RESULTS: After 15 days of taking the drug, the number of awakenings was significantly decreased (34.13±3.64, 30.20 + 3.84, P < 0.01), and the rate of slow wave sleep increased (17.4 7 ± 3.80, 20). 4 0± 3.2 5, P <0.05, the total sleep time was prolonged (4 48.93± 32 .4 9,4 86.0±33.5 1, P <0.01), and the effective sleep index was significantly higher ( 84.53 ± 3.89, 88.87 ± 3.4 6 , P <0.01; lowest SaO2 during sleep monitoring (6 6 5 3 ± 2 10, 6 8 4 7 ± 2 0 7, P <0 0 5) And the average SaO2 (82 89 ± 5 96, 85 30 ± 6 37, P <0 0 0 1) were increased, oxygen desaturation index (17 93 ± 3 10, 15 4 0 ± 2 38, P <0 0 5 The percentages of the total monitoring time (5407 + 50.2, 47.93 + 479, P <0 01) were significantly lower with SaO2 ≤ 85%.
