目的分析评价中国人群ABO血型与胃癌发生风险的相互关系。方法选择于2003年1月至2012年12月10年间入住宁夏医科大学总医院并经胃镜和临床病理诊断证实的2 097例汉族胃癌患者为研究对象(包括A型血613例,B型血667例,O型血622例,AB型血195例);以2013年经宁夏医科大学总医院随机抽取体检证实的558名汉族非肿瘤个体(包括A型血141例,B型血171例,O型血172例,AB型血74例)为对照开展病例-对照研究,采用Logistic回归进行分析(SPSS 17.0软件)。进一步检索中国学术期刊数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和Pub Med数据库,收集总共10 555例胃癌与502 372例对照人群,使用STATA 11.0对数据进行Meta统计分析。结果我们的病例对照研究数据显示,A型血个体较非A型血个体患胃癌风险差异无统计学意义(OR=1.22,95%CI为0.99~1.51);B型血个体较非B型血个体患胃癌风险差异无统计学意义(OR=1.06,95%CI为0.86~1.29);O型血个体较非O型血个体患胃癌风险差异无统计学意义(OR=0.95,95%CI为0.77~1.16);AB型血个体较非AB型血个体患胃癌风险降低(OR=0.67,95%CI为0.50~0.89)。Meta分析数据显示,A血型个体较非A血型个体患胃癌风险增加(OR=1.27,95%CI为1.21~1.33);B型血个体较非B型血个体患胃癌风险降低(OR=0.92,95%CI为0.87~0.97);O型血个体较非O型血个体发生风险降低(OR=0.84,95%CI为0.80~0.89);AB型血个体较非AB型血个体患胃癌差异无统计学意义(OR=1.02,95%CI为0.95~1.11)。结论 A型血可能是中国人群患胃癌的危险因素。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the relationship between ABO blood type and the risk of gastric cancer in Chinese population. Methods From January 2003 to December 2012, 10 09 years admitted to Ningxia Medical University General Hospital and confirmed by gastroscope and clinicopathological diagnosis of 2 097 cases of Han patients with gastric cancer as the research object (including A type 613 cases, B type B 667 Cases of type O blood in 622 cases and blood type of AB in 195 cases); 558 Han non-tumor individuals (including 141 cases of type A blood, 171 cases of blood type B, 171 cases of type B blood) were randomly selected from Ningxia Medical University General Hospital in 2013, 172 cases of blood type, 74 cases of type AB blood) as a control case-control study, using Logistic regression analysis (SPSS 17.0 software). A total of 10 555 cases of gastric cancer and 502 372 control subjects were collected from the CNKI, Wanfang and Pub Med databases. Meta-statistical analysis was performed using STATA 11.0. Results Our case-control study data showed that there was no significant difference in the risk of gastric cancer between individuals with type A blood and those with non-type A blood (OR = 1.22, 95% CI 0.99-1.51); those with type B blood than non-type B blood There was no significant difference in the risk of gastric cancer among individuals (OR = 1.06, 95% CI 0.86-1.29). There was no significant difference in the risk of gastric cancer between individuals with O and non-O blood (OR = 0.95, 95% CI 0.77-1.16). The risk of gastric cancer in AB blood group was lower than that in non-AB blood group (OR = 0.67, 95% CI: 0.50-0.89). Conclusion Type A blood may be a risk factor for gastric cancer in Chinese population.
