引言根据JJG178—81检定规程的要求,检定可见分光光度计需用重铬酸钾和硫酸铜两个系列八种浓度的溶液。由于溶液种类多,消耗量大,经常配制比较麻烦,又无可靠的方法来证实所配制的溶液的正确性;溶液不便于保存又不便于携带;而且检定时还涉及到装溶液的吸收池误差所带来的影响;另外,规程中只规定了溶液的浓度,没有相应的透射比(或吸光度)实际值,因此,用溶液检定时只能求仪器的“灵敏度”和“线性误差”而不能确定仪器的“透射比误差”,后者恰是分光光度计的一项主要技术指标。用灰玻璃代替溶液可以避免上
