Hypoxia inducible factor 1 (hypoxia inducible factor 1, HIF1) is a transcription factor that exists widely in mammals and humans under hypoxia. HIF1 α subunit plays a key role in the regulation of cell oxygen balance and induction of hypoxia-responsive gene expression effect.
