目的 观察衰老与阿尔采默病AD模型大鼠颞叶和颞叶在 96dB宽频噪音暴露下NOS1表达及ABR阈值的影响。方法 采用WesternBlot及图像分析技术 ,结合ABR测定方法。结果 双侧海马CA1 区微量注射谷氨酸前 ,电击后 2 4h有记忆者为 69 6 % ,损伤后仅为 1 4 7% ,两者差别有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。 3组大鼠加量噪音自身前后ABR阈值差值都有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。谷氨酸组在加噪音前ABR阈值与对照组有差异 (P <0 0 5)。谷氨酸组大鼠颞叶、颞叶NOS1表达多于加噪音后的同组鼠 ,有较明显的下调趋势。结论 宽频噪音抑制AD模型大鼠颞叶、颞叶NOS1表达
Objective To observe the effects of 96dB broadband noise on the expression of NOS1 and the threshold of ABR in the temporal lobe and temporal lobe of Alzheimer disease AD model rats. Methods Western Blot and image analysis techniques, combined with ABR determination method. Results Before microinjection of glutamate into hippocampal CA1 area, there was a memory of 69.6% at 24 hours after shock and only 14.7% after injury. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.01). There was a significant difference in ABR threshold difference between the three groups before and after adding the noise (P <0.01). The ABR threshold of glutamate group before noise was different from that of control group (P <0.05). The expression of NOS1 in the temporal lobe and temporal lobe of glutamate group was higher than that in the same group after noise, which showed a significant downward trend. Conclusion Broadband noise inhibits the expression of NOS1 in temporal and temporal lobe of AD rats
