国产注射用阿莫西林钠舒巴坦钠的体外抗菌活性研究

目的 评价国产注射用阿莫西林钠舒巴坦钠 (AMSB)的体外抗菌活性。方法 采用琼脂平皿二倍稀释法及肉汤二倍稀释法测定MIC值 ,Nitrocefin法测定细菌产生的 β 内酰胺酶 ,并与进口同种产品注射用阿莫西林钠舒巴坦钠 (泰霸猛TFM)、注射用阿莫西林钠 (AMPC)、注射用舒巴坦钠 (SB)进行了抑菌效果对比。结果 AMSB对革兰阳性球菌有很强的抗菌活性 ,MIC90 为 0 .5~ 8mg/L ,比AM作用强4~ 8倍。AMSB对淋球菌和流感嗜血杆菌也有很强的抗菌活性 ,MIC90 分别为 4mg/L和 8mg/L。试验中 ,多数革兰阴性杆菌的 β 内酰胺酶产生率为 80 %~ 10 0 % ,AMSB对革兰阴性杆菌的抗菌作用明显强于AM ,对临床分离的产 β 内酰胺酶菌株的体外抗菌活性也优于AM ,高 8~ 64倍。 结论 国产AMSB和进口TFM具有相同的抗菌谱和抗菌活性。 Objective To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of domestic amoxicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium (AMSB) for injection. Methods The MIC value was determined by two-fold agar dilution method and two-fold dilution method of broth. Nitrocefin method was used to determine the β-lactamases produced by bacteria and was compared with the imported products of amoxicillin and sulbactam sodium TFM), amoxicillin sodium for injection (AMPC), and sulbactam sodium for injection (SB). Results AMSB against Gram-positive cocci has a strong antibacterial activity, MIC90 is 0.5 ~ 8mg / L, 4 ~ 8 times stronger than AM. AMSB against gonococcal and Haemophilus influenzae also has strong antibacterial activity, MIC90 were 4mg / L and 8mg / L. Test, most of the Gram-negative bacteria β-lactamase production rate of 80% to 100%, AMSB against Gram-negative bacilli antibacterial effect was significantly stronger than the AM, clinical isolates of β-lactamase-producing strains of antibacterial in vitro Activity is also better than AM, high 8 to 64 times. Conclusion Domestic AMSB and imported TFM have the same antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity.
