一、我国争取“完全市场经济”地位努力的实践从2003年开始,我国即通过双边磋商和谈判的方式开始了争取“完全市场经济”地位的努力。至2006年6月初,共有56个国家承认我国完全市场经济地位,①除俄罗斯、乌克兰、利比亚等少数几个国家还没有加入WTO之外,其余国家都是WTO成员国。其中,新西兰是第一个承认我国市场经济地位的国家。在双边贸易超过千亿美元的贸易伙伴 I.
