对以煤和天然气为原料的工艺路线中的煤/天然气配比以及各因素对经济性的影响进行了研究,分析了较优的煤/天然气配比值以及各因素对经济性影响的大小。结果表明,当天然气所产有效气量占总有效气量30%左右时,此方案经济性较好,原因除了装置配置导致的总投资差异外,煤/天然气协同生产合成气也会降低变换和净化单元的负荷;另外,天然气对方案的经济性影响超过了煤,是导致低煤/天然气配比经济性差的主要原因。实际方案比选过程中,方案的选取需要综合各种因素,而不应仅根据单一因素做出判断。
The coal / natural gas ratio in coal-to-natural gas process and the impact of various factors on the economy are studied.
