过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ协同刺激因子1α(PGC-1α)是一种介导多种细胞能量代谢和核激素受体的重要因子。PGC-1α可能影响葡萄糖转运体4(GLUT-4)的表达,调节骨骼肌葡萄糖的代谢;PGC-1α调节糖异生关键酶的表达,可导致葡萄糖输出的增加以及维持空腹血糖的稳定;肝糖的输出与胰岛素抵抗的发生、发展过程中也与PGC-1α的表达密不可分;PGC-1α可调节脂质代谢,诱导脂肪细胞分化。通过对PGC-1α与葡萄糖代谢、脂代谢及脂肪细胞分化关系的描述,揭示PGC-1α在代谢性疾病研究和药物研制中的重要意义。
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ co-stimulatory factor 1α (PGC-1α) is an important factor mediating various cellular energy metabolism and nuclear hormone receptors. PGC-1α may affect the expression of glucose transporter 4 (GLUT-4) and regulate the glucose metabolism in skeletal muscle. PGC-1α can regulate the expression of gluconeogenesis-related enzymes and lead to the increase of glucose output and the maintenance of fasting blood glucose. The output of glucose and the occurrence and development of insulin resistance are also closely related to the expression of PGC-1α. PGC-1α can regulate lipid metabolism and induce adipocyte differentiation. Through the description of the relationship between PGC-1α and glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and adipocyte differentiation, the significance of PGC-1α in the research of metabolic diseases and drug development is revealed.
